A new on-line system offering a bespoke
electronic questionnaire and survey service. Rather than printing
and posting your surveys, Creative Surveys makes use of the combined
powers of email and web to give your organisation a specialised, tailor-made
on-line survey solution.
How

There are a variety
of uses for which Creative Surveys is ideal:

controlled through your web-based 'Administrative Console'

simple click-through link takes your visitor to the survey, branded

There are other, completely automated on-line survey systems available, but these
can be complex to set up, inflexible and anonymous - if a feature is not available,
or you can't figure out how to do it - it just can't be done.
At creative-surveys we can do all the work of creating and administering an on-line survey for you from start to finish, and will tailor each questionnaire individually to your needs, whilst reflecting the identity of your organisation. Not only that, but we're at the end of the phone (and will respond to emails) if you want to discuss any specific requirements.
And if you want to undertake a follow-up survey in 6 months? The system is ready and waiting....
How does it work?
It's simple – a number of steps and you're ready to go! In
summary:
Step 1: You send us your questionnaire or survey content; we then talk
to, or even meet you to make sure that we understand your needs as clearly as
possible.
Step 2: We design and create your on-line survey, accompanied by the
database management systems that will make your survey unique.
Step 3: You check
it, and any amends are made.
Step 4: If your questionnaire is by invitation only, you simply supply us with the names and email addresses of the invitees in a suitable electronic format, along with the required content for the 'invitation to participate' email and we will build this data into the system. The invitation emails are then automatically generated and issued simultaneously.
Additionally, because our system recognises and logs each respondent, timed 'reminder' emails can be sent to those who have not yet participated, along with a 'thank you!' on the closing date.
Step 5: Sit back and wait for the results to roll in!
Step 6: At any time during the survey period or when the survey has closed, results can be browsed on-line through your unique, secure Administrative URL, or are available to download in spreadsheet format. A variety of reporting features such as graphs and charts can be added if required.
